Real Estate will sell April 24th at 10:00 AM followed by the equipment at 10:30am.
By order of the court, Real Estate has been assessed by three independent Real Estate Brokers with an average Broker’s Opinion of Value at $130,000. Property must sell for 2/3’s of that value which is $86,666. Successful bidder must bring to the auction a certified Check for $10,000.00 in order to qualify for bidding on the real estate. Certified check must be made payable to “Ohio Real Estate Auctions”.
Real Estate sells on an “As is, Where is, In place” basis with all defects whether apparent or not. It is the buyer’s responsibility to inspect before bidding. Inspection Date for the Real Estate: Tuesday Afternoon, April 10, from 4-5pm, and morning of the auction. Other inspections by Appointment.
