From Route 4 north of Dayton, Ohio Get off at the Stanley Ave./Findlay Street Exit, and go south 3/4 of a mile to First Street. Go Left on First Street, which immediately merges with and becomes Springfield Street. Proceed on Springfield street for 3/4 of a mile and go Right on Winston Avenue to Auction Site;

Or From route 35 and I-75 in Downtown Dayton, Go east on Route 35 to the Smithville Road "North" Exit. Go north on Smithville Road approx 2 miles to where it deadends into Springfield St. Go left on Springfield 1/2 mile to Winston Ave.
