Appraised value: $186,000.00 Minimum bid: $124,000.00, plus a 10% buyer’s premium, and a non-refundable deposit of ten percent (10%) of the appraised value.  Terms of Sale:  The Property is not to be sold for less than the minimum bid of $124,000.00, which is two-thirds (2/3) of the appraised value, plus a 10% buyer’s premium.  Immediately upon conclusion of auction, highest bidder shall: Execute a Bid Confirmation Agreement binding the bidder to complete the transaction and deliver a cashier’s check or other certified funds payable to Stephen R.
