STEEL INVENTORY

Large Quantity of New Steel Inventory most of which is tagged with type, quantity & Weight. Please come to the inspection to view the inventory, we do not have a list of each lot of steel.. tons and tons of Steel Stock organized on racks. Small Inventory of Aluminum. Removal is the buyers responsibility, expense and risk.

OVERHEAD BRIDGE CRANES

(2) IWI, 5 ton overhead Bridge Cranes, Top Running, approximately a 48' span, 14' under the hook. We currently could not find the Remote Controls for these Cranes.

(1) IWI, 2 ton overhead Bridge Crane, Underslung 2 ton Cable Hoist

(2) 2 ton Newer Bridge Cranes each with 2-ton Chain Hoist, With Pendant Controls.

(1) 5-ton Shaw Box Cable Hoist on a 20' I-Beam with Pendant Controls

(1) 10-ton Overhead Bridge Crane with Operator box.

NOTE: The Runways that are welded or attached to the structure of the real estate will not be sold with the overhead bridge cranes.

Also: there is a room we call the "Bone Yard" with old machine tools, mills, lathes, scrap of all kinds.

TERMS: An 18% Buyers Premium is in effect for this auction. Everything is selling on an "As is, Where is, In Place Basis" with ALL defects whether apparent or not. It is the buyers responsibility to inspect before bidding. Removal is the Buyers responsibility, expense and Risk. Everything is to be paid for within 24 hours of the conclusion of the auction. Payment must be paid in full before anything is to be removed. Payment may be made with Wire Transfer, Cash, Credit Card, Visa, MC, Discover, American Express. There is an additional 3% added to invoices paid for with Credit Card. If Buyers come on the premises with their own removal equipment, buyers need to have a One Million Dollar Liability Policy.
